Hafz is a first-generation university student studying an MPhil in Quantitative Climate and Environmental Science at the University of Cambridge on a full scholarship, after graduating with a first-class Mathematics degree from the University of Exeter. He has accepted a graduate pricing actuary role at a Lloyd’s syndicate, working across speciality insurance and reinsurance. Through his content, Hafz documents what it actually looks like to navigate an elite university as a first-generation, state-school-educated student.
