Brands that have booked our creators

Most creators get their first brand email long before they know what to charge.

An influencer manager answers that email for you. TapLab is a talent management agency in London that represents UK student and education creators: the people teaching maths on TikTok, filming a degree on YouTube or explaining money to first-year students. We take the inbound, pitch you to brands we already work with, agree the rate and the usage rights, and chase the invoice. You keep the final say on every deal.

What an influencer manager does for you

Inbound handled

Brand emails and DMs come to your manager. We reply, filter the ones worth your time and say no to the rest.

Pitched to brands we know

Apple, Samsung, BBC Bitesize and Quizlet have all booked creators from this roster. When a brief lands, you are on the shortlist.

Rates negotiated

We know what UK creators at your size are paid and negotiate from there. Usage, exclusivity and paid amplification are priced separately.

Contracts read

Every agreement is checked before you sign: usage rights, exclusivity windows, approval rounds and what happens if a post is pulled.

Paid on time

We invoice the brand, chase it and pay you out, so the admin never lands on you.

Creators we already represent, 140 and counting

Every creator we put forward has a public profile. Browse the full roster.

Questions creators ask before signing

What does an influencer management agency do?

It represents creators to brands. A manager handles enquiries, pitches you for campaigns, negotiates fees and usage rights, checks contracts and manages invoicing. At TapLab that comes with a public profile on our roster and briefs from brands we already work with.

How many followers do I need to get an influencer manager?

There is no fixed number. We look at engagement, the subject you cover and whether your audience is one brands want to reach, which for our roster usually means UK students and young adults. A few thousand engaged followers in a clear niche is often easier to book than a larger general account.

How does an influencer manager get paid?

On commission from the brand deals we negotiate for you. The exact terms are set out in the management agreement before you sign anything.

Do I have to work with TapLab exclusively?

That depends on the agreement we set up together. Whatever the terms, you keep ownership of your channels and content and the final say on every deal.

Which platforms do you manage creators on?

TikTok, YouTube and Instagram. Most of our creators are strongest on TikTok or YouTube, and brand briefs usually ask for more than one platform.

Can I apply if I am still at school or university?

Yes. Most of the roster started while studying. We plan deals around exam periods and term dates, and creators under eighteen involve a parent or guardian.
